Peter London Global Dance Company, one of “Miami's top 10 dance companies” (The Miami New Times) is taking its 12th annual season at the Adrienne Arsht Center to greater heights with EDGE OF TOMORROW. A fervent and mesmerizing explosion of dynamic and spirited world premiere choreography by the renowned Jamar Roberts (former Alvin Ailey Company Member and Resident Choreographer) with a world premiere score by Etienne Charles, the award-winning international jazz trumpeter and band leader of CREOLE SOUL. A solo work choreographed and performed by Lloyd Knight (principal), a solo work choreographed and performed by Richard Villaverde (soloist) with the Martha Graham Dance Company, and a solo work by award-winning choreographer Justin Rapaport, former artist with BALLET BC, Vancouver.
The season includes high octane and electrifying company premieres by international hip-hop artist, David Milome from Martinique, and Peter London.
